Willow could hardly contain herself knowing her cousins were soon to be visiting Melbourne, after long and lonely days watching and waiting for her little sisters treatments and therapies, after sitting in a little room begging to go out and play, after
yucky food that she'd rather not eat and complaints of nobody to play with me! Finally the little girl who declared how much she'd missed her cousins and her school from the very first day she went away! today she will play!!
The reunion.. the
cutest thing! Willow jumping into the arms of each of her cousins from that moment on all holding hands wherever they'd go. Piper's eyes and smile so full of joy! the children, Aunty Christal, Aunty Bec, Acacia and Grandma with each moment of contact each
person received their own look of pure excitement, our little girl so incredibly happy to see, touch and hear her beautiful family!
So off we go for our special day out, each child takes turns in pushing Pipers pram.
At the play ground Piper
watched intently as the children chased each other up and around the slide, during the tram ride she slept snuggled in her pram unaware of her latest adventure and then awake to the fresh afternoon breeze during our stroll to the museum.
Such a big day
and after much excitement both our girls are left exhausted! Willow quickly falling asleep and Piper only awake for small periods throughout the day, there has been a few seizures today one taking quite a hold, and other quick startled like jumps.
By
late evening both girls had developed high temperatures, vomiting and coughs the following day was a quest to become well, to watch cousin Phoenix's Auskick debut at the MCG unfortunately for miss Willow lemonade, rest and eating in her motel bed became the
new activity.
The following day began with an an extra spring in our step, the day we were scheduled to fly home!
