We have been quite fortunate in the last week receiving support from a
local man by the name of John Burfitt a wonderful charitable member of our community volunteering his time to support local children in need,
John
a gentleman we hadn't even met! Is already out amongst the community raising funds for Piper and the required modifications to our home, as Piper remains undiagnosed our family remains ineligible to receive levels of funding, through the generosity
of John and our amazing community we will work towards the purchase of a secure shower chair, reconstructing our bathroom to accommodate Piper, and the installation of external ramps to our home, certainly a massive goal although one which may just be
a little closer to achieve.
Our dear family and friends also plan to fundraise for Piper, such incredible support for which we are so very grateful, Hoping one day we may be fortunate enough to seek treatments abroad, there
are many trials which I'm sure our little complex baby would benefit from, regardless of the outcomes we'll continue to hope and never stop working towards the best possible life for our purple princess πonce again our heartfelt thanks is extended to the
extraordinary generosity and hearts of others.
Our families Fundraiser
on November 9th will be in aid of Piper and another lovely little local girl Summer Lee, Whom
will require a liver transplant due to a diseases of the liver known as Biliary Atresia,
Together with Summer's family we have called the evening A Night for the Purple Princesses,
Purple just happens to be Summer Lee's
favourite colour whilst remaining close to our hearts representing part of Pipers condition Epilepsy π
